Delivery & Returns

Delivery time
Your order will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

Postage costs
For orders within the Netherlands you pay €5.95 in shipping costs. For Belgium it is €8.95. If you order for more than €60 within these countries, shipping is free.

If you do not collect the package from the PostNL point or if it is returned to J'adore Petique, you will pay the return costs yourself. If the package has to be sent again, those costs are also for you.

For deliveries to other European countries, the following rates apply:

• Without Track & Trace: € 9.90. This is not traceable or insured. If the package gets lost, you will not receive compensation.

• With Track & Trace: € 19.95. This is traceable and insured. If the package is lost, PostNL will investigate. If the package is definitively declared missing, J'adore Petique will reimburse the value of the products (excluding shipping costs).

Returns
Do you want to return something? Please let us know first via the contact form or email ( jadorepetique@gmail.com ). You can return within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, undamaged, all labels are still attached and it is in the original packaging. After your notification, you have another 14 days to return the package. The costs for returning are for your own account.
