Y-Harness

A Y-harness is a special type of harness for dogs where the pressure is evenly distributed over the chest. This ensures that the shoulders remain free and the windpipe or throat is not strained, unlike some other harnesses. The Y-harness is especially suitable for dogs with sensitive backs, necks or shoulders, or for dogs that often pull on the leash. The design of the harness, in the shape of a Y at the front, prevents blockages in the body and offers more comfort for the dog while walking.

Delivery & Returns

Delivery times
We do our best to have your order delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Postage costs
Shipping costs for the Netherlands are €5.95. For Belgium €8.95. And for Germany and France the shipping costs are €9.80. Shipping is free for orders within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France above €70.00.

If the package is not collected at the PostNL collection point and/or is returned to J'adore Petique, the return costs (€8.95) are for the account of the customer. If the package has to be sent again, these costs (€8.95) are also for the account of the customer.

For shipping within Europe we charge the following rates:

Shipping without Track & Trace code: € 9.90. This means that your package is not tracked or insured. The costs of the package will not be reimbursed if the package is lost.

Shipping with Track & Trace code: € 19.95. This means that your package can be tracked and insured. If your package is lost, PostNL will start an investigation. If the package is definitively declared missing by PostNL, the costs of the goods (excluding shipping costs) will be reimbursed by J'adore Petique.

Returns
A return must always be reported in writing, via our contact form, or via email (jadorepetique@gmail.com). Items can be returned within 14 days after the purchase date, provided they are unused, undamaged, all labels are still attached and packed in the original packaging. After written notification of your return, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receipt. The costs for return shipping are for the account of the customer.
